Terms of Use for Het Latin Lab
1. General Information
Het Latin Lab is a language school based in the Netherlands offering Latin American Spanish courses to individuals of various proficiency levels, both online and in-person. By enrolling in any of our courses (online or in-person), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
To enrol in our courses, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/legal guardian accept these Terms and Conditions on your behalf. Het Latin Lab processes all personal data in accordance with Dutch privacy laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Parties Involved
- Het Latin Lab: Responsible for delivering the courses and related services.
- User: Any individual accessing Het Latin Lab’s website or resources without necessarily purchasing services.
- Client: Any individual or entity that enrols in and pays for courses provided by Het Latin Lab.
3. Course Enrolment
Enrolment is confirmed once full payment is received. If payment is not received by the course start date, the student’s spot in the class may be forfeited, and they may be required to re-enrol in a future course.
A confirmation email will be sent to the Client detailing the course schedule and terms.
In case of a change in course dates or cancellations made by Het Latin Lab, students will be notified in advance and offered an alternative course or a refund.
4. Payment Methods
Payments for all courses must be made via one of the following methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer within the SEPA zone (Single Euro Payments Area). Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges will be borne by the student.
Payments are due in full before the course begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
